2010 – Tom Dando and Bec Dando incorporate DCS to realise opportunities in the civil construction market, initially supplying subcontract personnel (engineers, site supervisors, skilled labour) to various civil infrastructure projects in SE QLD.

2013 – DCS awarded first subcontract to deliver 4.5km of DN 375 and DN450mm FRC stormwater drainage and DN100 slotted subsoil drains, plus flame trap pits and various electrial conduit banks.

2014 – 2017 – DCS undertake a variety of water, sewer and stormwater and civil works on major projects including Western Freeway 6-Laning, Moreton Bay Rail, Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (as 50% of SDJV), Pacific Highway Upgrade Oxley Highway to Kundeabung, Southport-Burleigh Road Stage 1, Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 2 and Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade.

2018 – DCS continue as a preferred civil subcontractor in QLD and NSW  to top tier contractors and public clients.
